The Typhoon Intake System is a free-flowing mandrel-bent aluminium tube induction system designed to provide cooler, denser air to the engine for increased performance. It is a direct replacement for the restrictive OE air box and the restrictive factory air filter and inlet tract. Using the most advanced airflow management technology, K&N has optimized the flow characteristics of the Typhoon Intake System to compliment its high-flow Filter.

The Typhoon Intake System is sold as a complete induction system, but in most applications can be converted to a short ram in a matter of minutes. You have the ability to also change the area of air pick-up within the engine compartment depending on driving conditions. No detail has been overlooked when it comes to the Typhoon.
