Making
a purchase
We accept the following credit/debit cards:
Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Access, Solo, Switch.
We also accept payment via PayPal and personal cheque.
All Items will be charged in pounds sterling.
For customers outside of the U.K. - Your credit/debit card company
will convert the transaction to your local currency.
To place an order simply note the part number required and click on
the ORDER HERE link on any applications page. The order form is on a secure
server. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
Order confirmation
Once we receive the order we will email you to confirm stock, price
and delivery address. If an item is not in
stock and needs to be back-ordered with the manufacturer, we will give you
the choice of back-ordering or cancelling.
Please allow for weekend closures.
Order despatch
Assuming your order(s) are in stock (with Kinnor or
manufacturer) it will be dispatched as
soon as possible, within 2 working days and should be received within
approximately 3 working days (UK), 7 working days (Europe) or 10
working days (the rest of World).
We will inform you
of any delays by email.
Shipping and handling
charges
U.K. - £7.50 via Recorded Delivery
Europe - £15.00 via International Registered
Rest of World - £25.00 via International Registered or Parcel Force
International
Separate charges apply to Typhoon kits.
Warranty
All K&N elements and 57i kits come with a one million
mile warranty.
This does not affect your consumers statutory rights.
Refunds
If an order is received in a damaged condition you must advise
Kinnor within seven days of receipt. You will have the choice of a
full refund or replacement of the damaged item.
If an order is received for an item to be used on a vehicle that is
not listed, then it is found to be unsuitable for that vehicle you will
be charged a 30% surcharge for returning the item. Please note, the
item will not be covered by the manufacturers warranty/guarantee.
Please note the
following conditions:

Items must be
received in a resalable condition and should be returned
unused and complete in their original condition with all
packaging in order to secure a full refund.

A surcharge of
30% will be charged on all items returned damaged.

If an item has
been specially ordered we are unable to accept these items
for refund. For example kits/filters made for the USA
market and not normally available to the UK.

All items must
be accompanied by the senders name and address, invoice
number and reason for return.
We are unable
to accept responsibility for returned parcels which are
undelivered.

All orders placed on our order
form are done so using a secure server with encryption.

About Kinnor

air filters. We were the first K&N appointed dealer
in Europe and the United Kingdom over 15 years ago. Our mail-order
